| 踏入六月,我們首先迎來本學年的第三次總評。經過四天努力,所有評核已圓滿結束,大家終於可以稍作休息,享受成果,並為來年繼續努力。

| As we enter June, we begin with the third assessment of the academic year. After four days of dedicated effort, all assessments have been successfully completed. Students can now take a well-deserved break, enjoy their achievements, and look forward to continued progress in the coming year. |
| 同學們對學校的「挑戰計劃」反應熱烈。是次學校特別印製印有老師及同學樣貌的專屬閃卡,同學們踴躍向老師「下戰書」,只為奪得心儀卡片,氣氛非常熱鬧。目前「老師版」已推出第二套,最受歡迎的莫過於「光面閃卡」。更有家長主動協助製作新卡,在此衷心感謝支持。各教師亦精心設計不同難度挑戰,培養學生堅毅精神與迎難而上的態度。校長亦安排「疊杯子」及「表情變臉魔方」遊戲,同學反應踴躍,小息時段經常大排長龍,這些活動既有趣亦考驗耐性與專注力。 |
| Students have shown great enthusiasm for the school’s “Challenge Programme.” Special collectible cards featuring teachers and students were introduced, and many eagerly challenged teachers in hopes of winning their favourite cards, creating a lively atmosphere on campus. The second series of the “Teacher Edition” has already been released, with the highly sought-after “holographic cards” being the most popular. We are also grateful to supportive parents who have offered to help produce new cards. Teachers have thoughtfully designed challenges of varying difficulty levels to cultivate perseverance and a positive attitude towards overcoming challenges. In addition, the Principal introduced games such as “Cup Stacking” and the “Face-Changing Cube,” which have been very well received. Long queues are often seen during recess, as these activities are both enjoyable and effective in developing patience and concentration. |

| 本校今年在多項比賽中均表現出色,包括英詩集誦、戲劇節及男子排球隊等。學生在訓練中投入努力,無論成績如何,皆能提升合作精神及責任感。為表揚他們的付出,學校特別安排於6月12日一同在禮堂享用薄餅及飲品,以示肯定。 |
| This year, our school has achieved outstanding results in various competitions, including English choral speaking, the Hong Kong School Drama Festival, and the boys’ volleyball team. Students demonstrated strong commitment throughout their training. Regardless of the final results, they have developed teamwork, responsibility, and resilience. To recognize their efforts, a gathering with pizza and drinks was arranged in the hall on June 12. |

| 升讀中學後,六年級同學將接觸文言文。為減低學習困難,本校一直推行校本文言課程,今年更參加「文言說書大使 小小說書人」計劃,透過戲劇方式將抽象文字轉化為具體情境,有效提升學習興趣與成效。看到同學在輕鬆氣氛中學習並展露笑容,實在令人欣慰。 |
| As Primary Six students transition to secondary school, they will begin learning classical Chinese. To support them, our school has long implemented a school-based curriculum. This year, we additionally joined the “Storytelling Ambassadors for Classical Chinese” programme, which uses drama to transform abstract texts into vivid learning experiences. This approach has effectively enhanced students’ interest and understanding, and it is truly rewarding to see them learning with confidence and enjoyment. |

| 總評後,學校安排多項學習活動,包括三個互動劇場:《校園食神大賽》透過烹飪帶出國家安全訊息;《迷之馬戲團》提高學生對新興毒品的警覺;《尋找牠牠牠的故事》則讓學生了解生態保育的重要。 |
| Following the assessments, the school organised a series of meaningful activities, including three interactive theatre performances. “Campus MasterChef” conveyed messages about national security through cooking; “The Mysterious Circus” raised awareness of emerging drugs; and “The Story of ‘Them’” helped students understand the importance of environmental protection and biodiversity. |

一年一度成果展亦順利舉行,今年主題為「Year of Talent(才華年)」,希望讓更多學生登台展示自我,建立自信。節目內容豐富,由爵士鼓揭幕,其後有英詩集誦、鋼琴、劍擊及各類打擊樂表演。初小學生更展示電子鼓學習成果。中國舞繼續與幼稚園合作,效果理想。同時,各類興趣班如小提琴、體操、跆拳道、武術及滑板亦作成果展示;另有由本校教師教授的舞蹈、AI課程、合唱團及科學實驗。壓軸話劇《西遊記:被誤會的英雄》演出感人,充分展現學生的努力與成長。 |
The annual Talent Showcase was also successfully held, with this year’s theme being “Year of Talent.” The school aimed to provide more opportunities for students to perform on stage and build confidence. The programme was rich and varied, beginning with a drum performance, followed by choral speaking, piano, fencing, and percussion performances. Lower primary students also showcased their achievements in electronic drumming. Chinese dance continued its collaboration with the kindergarten, while various interest groups—including violin, gymnastics, taekwondo, martial arts, and skateboarding—presented their results. School-based programmes such as dance, AI learning, choir, and science experiments were also featured. The finale, a drama titled Journey to the West: The Misunderstood Hero, was both moving and inspiring, highlighting students’ growth and dedication. |

學校每年亦透過「姊妹學校」計劃安排學生到內地交流,新會是重要據點之一。當地龍岡古廟與本校淵源深厚,同時我們亦與多所當地學校建立合作關係,促進交流。行程亦包括參觀博物館、梁啟超故居及陳皮村等。 |
The school also continues to organise exchange programmes under the Sister School Scheme. Xinhui remains one of our key destinations due to its close historical ties with our sponsoring body, particularly the Longgang Ancient Temple. We have established partnerships with several local schools to promote exchange and collaboration. The itinerary also includes visits to museums, the former residence of Liang Qichao, and Chenpi Village. |

最後,鑑於近期天氣多雨,學校已加強防蚊措施,包括設置驅蚊燈及相關設備,校園蚊患已有改善,為學生提供更安全的學習環境。 |
Lastly, as recent rainy weather has led to increased mosquito activity, the school has strengthened preventive measures by installing mosquito traps and related equipment. The mosquito problem has since improved, ensuring a safer and more comfortable learning environment for students. |
